What is a BCC email address?
A BCC (blind carbon copy) email address is a recipient of the email; it's just like a CC, but you can't see who the other recipients are. That's why BCC stands for 'blind' copy. If a recipient of the email sends a reply back to the sender, only the sender receives a reply to the email, not the BCC recipient.
Please note! You can only add 1 email address as BCC; multiple addresses are not possible.
How do I add a BCC email address in the CMS?
Step 1: Go to your webshop's CMS and then click "Instellingen" (Settings)
Step 2: Click "E-mail"
Step 3: Scroll to "Kopie BCC e-mailadres voor afgeronde bestelingen (laat leeg voor standaard e-mailadres)" (Copy BCC email address for completed orders (leave empty for default email address)) and then enter the email address you want to add
Step 4: Then scroll down and finally click "Opslaan en verder" (Save and continue)
You're done! This email address is sent as BCC with all emails from the system.
