Please note! This explanation is based on one of our newer Professional designs; it's possible that you'll find your contact form under a different tab in the left-hand menu.
Step 1 - Finding the contact form.
- Go to the back end of your webshop (the CMS)
- Go to "paginabeheer" (page management) and then, on the left, to "layout bewerken" (edit layout)
- Then click "direct naar layoutbewerking" (go directly to layout editor).
- Then go to the contact page
- In the menu on the left, find your contact form
- For me, this falls under "Inhoud - onder" (Content - bottom); this can differ for everyone (it depends on which design you use)
- Now click the little pencil
- A pop-up then opens
- Here, go to the "Standaard" (Default) tab
Step 2 - What do I want to change?
What exactly do you want to change? The title?
The email address where the form comes in? (You also need to enable the checkbox here)
The subject of the email with which the form comes in.
The fields in the contact form.
- After making your choice, click "Opslaan" (Save)
- To make these edits visible to customers as well, you need to publish the layout
The changes are now visible on the live version.
