Why is it useful to view customer data?
By viewing customer data, you get access to:
Contact information: Name, email address and phone number.
History: Overview of orders placed.
Account management: Options to adjust data or add notes.
Useful for helping your customers better and keeping your records up to date!
In your CMS (back-end), go to "Bestellingen" (Orders) or "Offertes" (Quotes).
In the menu on the left, click "Klantenoverzicht" (Customer overview).
Use the filters to quickly find a particular customer (for example by name or email address).
Click "Inzien" (View) next to the desired customer.
