Where do I find the PDF settings?
You manage your PDF settings via your webshop's back end (CMS). Your URL usually starts with "cms", for example: cms.jouwdomein.nl.
Log in to your webshop's CMS.
Go to "Instellingen" (Settings).
Navigate to the "PDF" tab.
PDF settings per PDF type
In the PDF menu, you can adjust settings for different types of PDFs. Below is an overview of the most important options:
General PDF settings
Add a logo to your PDF.
Show or hide customer details (such as email).
Enable page numbers.
Show variant information (for example colour or size).
Quote request PDF
Add extra text.
Show or hide prices.
Quote PDF
Add extra text or a disclaimer.
Show billing and delivery address.
Enable or disable product images.
Order confirmation PDF
Show delivery terms.
Add delivery address and billing address.
Invoice PDF
Show order number.
State the payment method.
Packing slip PDF
Show or hide prices.
Adjust logo and company name.
Purchase order PDF
Adjust how prices of "0" are displayed (for example "free" or "on request").
Tips for better PDFs
Add a disclaimer: Put a reference to your terms and conditions at the bottom of all your PDFs.
Show page numbers: Keep your PDFs clear with clear numbering.
Make product information clear: Enable "Uitgebreide productomschrijvingen" (Extended product descriptions).
Show delivery and billing address: Provide clear order and invoice information.
Show imprints or customisations: Show which choices the customer made, such as colour or logo print.
