You can very easily change the logo shown on the PDFs via your webshop's CMS. This is how you do it.
Step 1: First log in to your webshop's CMS and then go to the "Instellingen" (Settings) block and the "PDF" tab. Finally, click the dropdown bar that says "Algemeen" (General) so that it expands.
Step 2: If you now scroll down a bit, you'll see the logo currently shown on the PDFs. Using the 'Bestand kiezen' (Choose file) button, you can now select a new logo that you want set on the PDFs. Finally, click 'Opslaan en verder' (Save and continue) at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
Step 3: To check whether the logo is now shown at the right size on the PDFs, you can request a test quote or place a test order. You'll then receive the automatic email, which also contains the PDF file of the quote request or order.
Step 4: To avoid having to request a test quote or place an order every time to check whether the PDF logo looks right, you can adjust the logo again after the first test quote request or order.
Step 5: After you've adjusted, uploaded and saved the logo again, you can go to, for example, "Offertes" (Quotes) in the CMS and click "Tonen" (Show) at "Nieuw" (New).
Step 6: Now click "Inzien" (View) on your test quote request
Step 7: Then click "PDF downloaden" (Download PDF) after "PDF van aanvraag downloaden" (Download PDF of request)
Step 8: Now that you've downloaded the PDF, you can open it and check whether the PDF logo looks right. If you want to adjust it a bit more, you can repeat the steps.
