Viewing Contact Forms in the Back-End (CMS)

How can you view contact forms in the back-end of your webshop?

Have you received a message via the contact form? No worries, you can easily find it in the back-end of your webshop!
Here’s how:

1. Go to "Orders" or "Quotations" in the back-end (CMS) of your webshop.
2. Click on "Customer Requests" in the left menu.
   
3. Select the "Contact Form" tab.
   
4. kClick the magnifying glass icon to view the submitted form.
