PromoCat has an extensive help portal where you can find answers to frequently asked questions, explanations about various subjects such as margins, categories, products, and settings. This portal is designed to help you independently navigate our systems. Moreover, you can submit tickets for questions through the portal, keeping you updated on the status of your requests.

Getting Started with the PromoCat CMS

The back-end, also known as the CMS (Content Management System), is where you manage your entire webshop. This includes adjusting categories, products, quotes, and orders. In short, everything you need to keep your webshop running smoothly.


A CMS may seem complicated, but with our explanations, you will quickly find your way. Make sure you are logged in. Usually, the URL is something like 'cms.yourdomain.nl'.

Main menu overview:

  • Orders: Overview of orders, order statuses, and customers.
  • Quotes: Management of quote requests and customer information.
