How do I link a print to my products?
Have you created a printing sheet and uploaded it via the backend of your webshop? Then you still need to link the printing codes to the products. This is very simple; read below for the different methods.
Attention!
Linking printing codes to products only works if you use the "Internal printing list". In the external printing list, printing codes are linked to items within the sheet.
How do I link my printing code to an item?
There are 3 ways to link a printing code to your item.
Linking printing code per category
- Go to "Webshop".
- Go to "Categories" via the menu on the left.
- Find the category where you want to link the printing code(s) and click on "Edit".
- Scroll down; here you will see "Printing". Check the printing code(s) you want to link to the items in this category.
- At the bottom of the page, click on "Save and continue".
Linking printing code to a product set
- Go to "Webshop".
- Go to "Products" via the menu on the left.
- Find the product where you want to link the printing code(s) and click on "Edit".
- Scroll down. Open the variant (using the tabs) where you want to set the printing code.
- Check "Enable printing" and "Use printing from shop". Then check the printing code(s) you want to activate for all variants within the product.
- At the bottom of the page, click on "Save".
Linking printing code to a variant
- Go to "Webshop".
- Go to "Products" via the menu on the left.
- Find the product where you want to link the printing code(s) and click on "Edit".
- Scroll down. Open the variant (using the tabs) where you want to set the printing code.
- Check "Enable printing" and "Use printing from shop". Then check the printing code(s) you want to activate for the variant.
- At the bottom of the variant, click "Save variant".
