Pay with MultiSafepay

Conditions

Before you can start with MultiSafepay, you must meet certain conditions. These conditions are set by MultiSafepay and are important for successful payments.

1. In the checkout, there must be a checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.
2. The terms and conditions must include the following components:
   1. The Chamber of Commerce (KBO for Belgian companies) number.
   2. The VAT number (if available).
   3. The registered address.
   4. A phone number or another way to contact live support.
   5. An email address or contact form.
3. Additionally, it is important that a clear description of the products or services is available on the website itself.
4. The shipping methods must be available, and there should be a return policy.

Starting with the integration

To begin with MultiSafepay, it is essential that the add-on is activated. The activation of this add-on is done through PromoCat. You can email hulp@promocat.nl for this.

Before you start integrating MultiSafepay with the webshop, you must first create a website profile in MultiSafepay.

1. Go to "Settings" via your CMS (Back-end).
2. Open the "Payment Methods" tab.
3. Expand the "MultiSafepay" option.
4. Enter your account number under "Account Number."
   You can find this in MultiSafepay at the top right.
5. Enter the Site ID from MultiSafepay under "MultiSafepay Website ID."
   You can find this in your created website profile.
6. Enter the Secure Code from MultiSafepay under "MultiSafepay Website Security Code."
7. Click "Save and Continue" at the bottom.
