Important requirements

To use MultiSafepay, your webshop must meet the following requirements:

• Terms and Conditions in checkout: Customers must agree by checking a box.
• Terms and Conditions must include:
  • Chamber of Commerce or KBO registration number.
  • VAT number (if applicable).
  • Business address and contact options (phone/email).
• Webshop information:
  • Clear product/service descriptions.
  • Shipping methods and return policy.

How to link MultiSafepay to your webshop?

1. Create a  MultiSafepay account via Multisafepay.com.
2. Add a website profile to your MultiSafepay account.

3. In your CMS (Back-end), navigate to "Settings".
   
4. Open the "Payment Methods" tab.
   
5. Expand "MultiSafepay".
   
6. In the "Account Number" field, enter your MultiSafepay account number.
   This can be found in MultiSafepay, in the top-right corner.
7. In the "MultiSafepay Website ID" field, enter the Site ID from your MultiSafepay website profile.
   You can find these in your created website profile.
8. In the "MultiSafepay Website Security Code" field, enter the security code from MultiSafepay.
9. Click on "Save and continue".
